Please remember to enter the following under “Specifications and other requests” when booking:

• If you require a double bed or twin beds
• Scheduled time of arrival at “Casa Eli”
• If you require shuttle/limousine service (for a fee) 
• If you have any specific breakfast requirements 

Online bookings only are accepted.A credit card guarantee is required to confirm the booking. CartaSi, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, V Pay, Master card Pay pass, JCB, Union Pay and Pago Bancomat are accepted. If you do not hold one of the above credit cards, an advance payment via wire transfer is required, or please contact  This email address is being protected from spambots. In the event of late cancellation, “Casa Eli, Roma” shall be authorised to charge the following amounts to the credit card:

Cancellation policy: 
- Up to 10 days prior to arrival date: no charge
- From 9 to 4 days prior to arrival date: one night shall be charged
- From 3 days prior to arrival date up to arrival date: the complete amount shall be charged
- No-Show: the complete amount shall be charged

Check-in. Check-in is normally from 2.30 pm to 6 pm. 

In order to offer the best level of hospitality, we ask you to communicate your planned time of arrival when booking (under “Specifications and other requests”) and to promptly inform us of any changes to this. We shall wait for you at the apartment from 15 minutes prior to 30 minutes after the notified arrival time. After this we may be absent for a short period of time and can be contacted by calling 0039/3928761346.

A valid identity document must be presented for each of the room’s occupants upon arrival. It is not allowed to bring into the apartment people for whom a valid identity document has not been registered or without the consent of “Casa Eli”.Apartment guests have free access to the apartment at all times but please remember that the apartment block regulations and local police provisions require SILENCE to be observed from 2 pm to 4 pm and from 10 pm to 8 am. 

Check out.Rooms must be vacated by 10.30 am on the day of departure. If you need a later check-out, guests mayuse the room until the required time subject to checking availability beforehand. In any case, guests may make use of a left luggage facility.

Payment. Payment must be made via credit card or in cash (Euros).Cheques are not accepted.
Cancellation. Should we be required to cancel your booking, we shall notify you immediately and offer alternative, similar accommodation.
